This notice explains how Noustat Ltd ("Noustat", "we") handles personal information collected through this website, www.noustat.com. Customer data processed inside the Noustat platform (app.noustat.com) is covered by the customer agreement and data processing terms agreed with each firm, not by this notice.
Who we are
Noustat Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales and is the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us about privacy at hello@noustat.com.
What we collect
- When you contact us. The contact form on this website opens your own email app with your message filled in. We receive what you choose to send: usually your name, work email, company, role and message.
- When you ask to join our newsletter. Your email address and your request to subscribe.
- When you use the website. Our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run and secure the service. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to enquiries, arrange demos and discuss working together: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- To send the newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us.
- To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interest in protecting our service.
Who we share it with
We use Microsoft Azure to host the website and a business email provider to handle email. We do not sell personal information or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer terms apply. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Where it is stored
The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Where a provider transfers information outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email hello@noustat.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We will update this page if how we handle personal information changes, and show the date of the latest version above.
